The Sacred Edge

Updated: Jul 31

Welcome to The Sacred Edge

There's a place between what we've been taught and what we're starting to see. A place between certainty and curiosity, tradition and transformation. That's The Sacred Edge.

This blog is an invitation to explore your faith.

You might be here simply because you know me and you're curious about what I have to say. Or, something in your spiritual journey no longer aligns with the way it used to be. Does the inherited faith you once cherished feel more restrictive than it should? Has life undone your neat belief systems? Or maybe you've realized that love and mystery are a better compass than fear and control.

I've spent decades immersed in faith, leadership, and learning. But over time, I've found that the fundamental questions — the ones that live beneath our doctrines and creeds — are often the most sacred.  Sometimes, we back away from hard questions due to resistance from other believers. But this blog is where we lean into the questions that might float in the space outside the bounds of tradition. The goal is not to resolve them but to honor them.

The Sacred Edge exists for those living with outdated beliefs that no longer serve them well, for those with a hesitant faith, and for those who have a deep-seated hunger for the holy. So whether you call it deconstruction, spiritual evolution, or simply growing up — you're welcome here.

Expect reflections on:

  • Faith without formulas

  • The Trinity and Incarnation as a lens for everything

  • The beauty and pain of spiritual unraveling

  • Stories from my own path of unlearning and discovery

  • A recurring reminder: you are already held, already loved, already included

This isn't a megaphone. It's a fireside. And you're invited to pull up a chair.

Thanks for walking the edge with me.
